Meet Your Guide

I'm Ghulam — Agile Coach, life strategist, and the person who built Direction Lock because I needed it myself. After decades helping organisations find clarity through complexity, I found myself at a crossroads of my own. The frameworks I'd used professionally — structured thinking, iterative discovery, honest reflection — turned out to be exactly what was missing from how most people approach midlife transition.
